Resilient Innovations, parent of fintech firm BharatPe , has filed a fresh case in the Delhi High Court seeking an injunction against cofounder Ashneer Grover to prevent him from divulging “confidential information” relating to the company. Grover, who is facing a probe for alleged financial irregularities at BharatPe, had last week put up a post on social media platform X about the equity allocation and secondary components during the company’s Series E funding round.
